Stacking Matched-Impedance Connectors Keep Cross Talk in Check
Speed requirements for next-generation datacom, telecom,
instrumentation, medical and computer equipment continue to increase thanks to ever-rising data
transfer rates. These devices also continue to shrink in size. What's the answer?
High-density matched impedance connectors that control crosstalk and offer design flexibility.

Fujitsu Takamisawa is no newcomer to the matched-impedance connector market.
And we don't hesitate to expand on a good thing when we see the opportunity. That's why we've added additional pin
counts and configurations to our popular stacking, strip-line FCN-260(H) connector series.
Designed for equipment operating up to 625GHz, this two-row,
1.27mm-pitch (0.050-inch) connector series offers a characteristic impedance-matching of 50 ohms single-ended
with less than 5 percent crosstalk at the near end. And now it meets Bellcore 1217 specifications too.
To ensure you've got plenty options to choose from, we've recently
released 80, 140, 160, 180 and 200 pin-count versions and added a 18.75mm stack-height version.
So if increasing signal speeds have got you searching for high-density connectors that can maintain
signal integrity, relax. We've got you covered.
